The development side of the Croft Design & Build covers new built as well as conversions and refurbishments. 13-15 Meldreth Road were the first two new built properties in the portfolio. They were completed early 2007 and sold very quickly.
The properties have a country style exterior with white render and slated roof. Kitchen and bathrooms are kept in a contemporary design. The downstairs have modern, oak floors throughout. To the front of each cottage there's parking for two vehicles. A terrace made from natural stone was laid in the back garden. |
