ROSEDENE

MELDRETH, CAMBRIDGESHIRE
A REFURBISHMENT OF A 1930's
VILLAGE BUNGALOW

Rosedene was a timber framed 1930's bungalow in reasonable order but un-mortgagable because of its construction type.

A cavity wall was constructed internally in order to maintain the external character of the building.

A good quality modern kitchen was fitted with beach worktops. The bathroom was kept true to the period with a 1930's style suite
and tiles to match.

The original doors were kept and all the rooms were replastered and fitted out with 30's style picture rails, skirtings and architraves.
