WEST END

WHITTLESFORD, CAMBRIDGE
A BUNGALOW TRANSFORMATION

Built of a brick and cavity construction in the 1960's, the property was in good order. All it needed was extending and redesigning. A side extension was built to accommodate a modern kitchen and dining area, whilst the entrance was relocated, in form of a porch, to provide a third bedroom. The property was completely rewired and mains gas was introduced. The outside was rendered, a new gravel drive was laid and the gardens levelled and turfed.

The end result was a light and comfortable three bedroom home in a desirable location.
